Pinnal's products are made from tomato leather which is highly organic, and therefore needs care just like other organic materials.

Don’t panic if you spill water on your Pinnal product, it can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and then left to air-dry. However please don’t put it in the washing machine as it won’t survive. We advise that you store your Pinnal in a cool and dry place.

For other spills or if you get your Pinnal dirty, simply clean the stain with a solution of mild diluted liquid shampoo water. Follow this by cleaning the area with a cloth soaked in water to completely remove the excess. Dry the surface with a dry cotton cloth. 

Please do not clean your Pinnal with any solvents such as alcohol, acetone, paint thinner, bleach, oils, vinegar, waxes, silicones or detergent cleaners, as these cause permanent damage in the material. 

Please do not mark your Pinnal with an ink pen, as it could be absorbed into the product causing a permanent stain.
