We currently only deliver in the UK. We are working on international shipping and will update the website once this is in operation.Â

Processing Time
All orders are dispatched within 1 working day. Orders placed after 1pm or on weekends will be processed the next working day.
We do not process online orders on weekends or UK public holidays.
How to track my order?
- You can track your order from the delivery partner's portal.
- Note: While we want to help you at every step of the way, in the slightest chance of a delay from the postal company’s end, Pinnal will not be held responsible. If you are not contactable and your parcel is unable to be delivered it will be returned to us and we will arrange for alternate delivery.
